If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required. For change-of-mind returns, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship anything back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days. To cancel an order, contact us before it ships; once shipped, our 30-day guarantee applies.
